The Process
- Fill out the questionnaire below
- Download the model release form, sign it, and email it to Ally Rumpakis (ally.rumpakis@osualum.com). This allows us to publish your story on the web and social media.
- Upload your best pictures to this folder — about 8-10 is ideal. The best pictures for web publishing are horizontally-framed and show your face clearly—but more importantly, they give a sense of context and setting and show your personality.
