Thank you to those who joined us for the 2024 ER Jackman Friends & Alumni Fellows Luncheon and Annual Meeting on Friday, October 18th at the OSU Foundation.

riends, alumni, and supporters of ER Jackman and the college gathered together for lunch with the Dean before the annual meeting and business discussion in the OSU Foundation Board Room. Dr. Aaron Liston, Director of the OSU Herbarium with the Department of Botany and Plant Pathology joined us to discuss department & research updates and renovations of Cordley Hall.
Student recipients of ER Jackman scholarships joined us to present how raised funds supported their research and internship work, and we even got a friendly visit from the Bug Club’s collection of spiders and cockroaches. Benny’s Business Closet joined to express their thanks for our continued partnership of clothing donations to the student-supported campus group, and we received engagement, financial, and Fellows program updates from board members. Finally, Dr. Liston took participants on a tour of Cordley Hall to show off the new building renovations and how both students and faculty will benefit from updates in both academic and social areas.

$23,100 of funding for 17 students, across 10 majors for Winter/Spring/Summer/Fall 2024.
ER Jackman Fellows are distinguished donors who give donation of $3,000 or $ 1000/year for three consecutive years to one or more of the ER Jackman endowment funds including Scholarship, Enhancement, or Unrestricted.
